Just a few days ago, on November 3, 2023, I had the privilege of attending the graduation ceremony, marking the perfect conclusion of my four years of university life. As a student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Real Estate Economics (Valuation Surveying), this moment is particularly significant to me. The BSc (Hons) degree I pursued is accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom. The significance of this accreditation lies in the fact that it represents that the education I received meets the high standards set by SCSI and RICS and is respected and recognized globally.
