

Clay Farm, a highly sought-after residential development, truly represents a dream housing estate that is incredibly rare to come by. It's almost unbelievable that we managed to secure a spot in this project! Reportedly, over two hundred buyers vied for just over twenty houses, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have successfully secured a standalone house for our clients - a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beauty. During this application round, Clay Farm opened up a batch of just over twenty standalone houses, with over 200 applicants. Despite the high demand, we successfully secured our dream three-bedroom, three-bathroom standalone house. Upon receiving the good news, we immediately went to inspect the site in person. Although the construction was still in progress and we couldn't enter the house for a tour, standing on this land that we fought for made us feel both excited and accomplished.
